Your appointment is very important to me, and I understand that life happens, but please check your diary before booking your appointment.

Your appointment time is reserved especially for you.

Filling appointments at the last minute is very hard, so I run at a loss. A 50% deposit is required to confirm your appointment, and this will be refunded if your appointment is cancelled with at least 48 hours notice. 

  • Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours notice will forfeit the deposit unless the appointment can be filled.

  • No-show appointments result in a deposit forfeit.

Please read, understand & appreciate the following policies:

CANCELLATIONS

  • Please allow me 48 hours if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Any appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours notice may forfeit the deposit unless the appointment can be filled.

  • After three last-minute cancellations, you will be asked to pre-pay your appointment. This will be refunded in full if your appointment can be filled.

LATE ARRIVALS

  • Clients arriving more than 15 minutes after your appointment may be rescheduled, as giving adequate service in the remaining time is not always possible.

 CHILDREN

  • I love kids, but having them in the studio is not suitable. This will distract me from giving you the best treatment and is less relaxing. (There are also many valuable/hazardous things for them to touch.)

Please book a time when you are child-free.

DISCLOSURE

  • If you have any illness, injury or skin condition, please let me know so I can tailor your therapy to ensure the best experience.

Please remember that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid missing an appointment or arriving late. I have a reminder SMS and email in place, but as with all technology, it isn’t 100% reliable.
